Main Feature
K.R.PANCHAL is a well known drilling machine which has a sturdy built up and is designed for both the production and tool room job. The machine covers the varied range of operations like drilling remained tapping, trepanning, lapping, boring and counter boring in cast iron, Steel and other materials.

HEAD: The head is integrally cast from the heavy duty closed grain casting. The sleeve carrying the spindle is precisely ground and slides on an accurately hones bore in the main body. It has locking device, in lieu of which the head, can be raised, lowered or swung to any required position. It is provided with a safety ring to prevent accidental unlocking.

FEED: The hand operated spindle feed is measured by a graduate feed gauge. A quick return of the spindle is achieved by a spring on a Cross handle.

DRIVE: The Splined spindle running into a tapper roller bearing is driven by a motor through V - belt having a 4 step pulley properly balanced to Prevent vibration.

TABLE: The Correctly machined square surface is provided with the tee-slots, and it can be adjusted vertically by means a rack pinion mechanism.
